It is very important that the Chromebooks be the defined models. Model numbers have to do with build dates, and therefore "end life" dates. Once the "end life" date is reached the computer will not update software or security. For example, the HP Chromebooks listed above are of the newest release and therefore have the longest "end life" date possible at this time.
Some companies will sell Chromebook models with only a year left on the "end life". Be careful.
Each of the models above have an "end life" date of 2029.
