Saint Joseph the Protector Learning Center (SJLC) is located at Queen of the Holy Rosary Parish in Vienna, Ohio. We educate our students in Traditional Catholic precepts by faithfully adhering to the Holy Magisterium of the Roman Catholic Church and obedience to our Bishop and the Pope.
With the understanding that we are at an urgent crossroad in Catholic education, we are dedicated to implementing a specific response to this educational emergency by offering a form of Blended Learning. Blended Learning is when a student learns at a supervised brick-and-mortar location, such as a learning center, through online delivery which is supplemented on site. Blended Learning has the potential to revolutionize the way we educate our children in terms of quality and cost, as it allows for a fundamental redesign of the educational model.
As well as improving education by using technology to make readily available higher quality teachers and curriculum, Blended Learning also takes advantage of the entities that leading brick-and-mortar schools do well, such as creating a strong, supportive Catholic environment that promotes rigor, routine and high expectations for all students.
Our aim is to assist families in providing a high quality solid Catholic Education at affordable rates, so that our children can in turn, not only become lights, but guiding lights for Christ in the world.
